Redefining Dental Safety During COVID-19

We are excited to share that on Monday, May 18, 2020 all four Grove Dental offices will reopen to provide routine care! Please call one of our four convenient practice locations to schedule your next appointment whether your appointment was cancelled and needs to be rescheduled or if it’s time for your regular cleaning and checkup.

The safety of our patients, staff, and community is our #1 priority. You can be confident that our team is prepared to provide quality dental care in a safe environment. That’s because we have implemented new heightened safety measures that go above and beyond the guidelines of the CDC and American Dental Association by including recommendations from the Professional Dental Alliance, a group of dentists who collaborate to advance patient safety and the quality of care. Below are the safety measures we implemented.

Heightened Safety Measures

Additional personal protective equipment for patients, doctors and team members.

  • Doctors & clinical team: N95 respirator masks, full face shields, full arm gowns, eye protection, gloves
  • Office team: Surgical masks, gloves

Enhanced Infection Control
Increased efforts to keep the office and treatment areas clean and safe.

  • More frequent hand washing

Comprehensive Screening
Health screenings to help assure the health of patients, doctors, and team members.

  • Pre-visit health review via phone
  • Health questionnaire at check-in

Updated Visit Protocols
We have reimagined the office visit to minimize interactions and manage risk.
